Job Description:
Location: Merrifield, Virginia or Pensacola, FL (Hybrid)
This position leads the integration and delivery of complex systems software solutions. The role involves driving cross-functional technical programs and supporting product analysis activities for enterprise technology initiatives. The analyst will combine systems solution delivery expertise with product ownership and program execution to ensure scalable, reliable, and business-aligned technology solutions.
- Lead delivery and ongoing maintenance of system solutions, ensuring alignment across Security and Fraud systems.
- Develop and implement system monitoring plans to prevent service disruptions and ensure system reliability and stability.
- Troubleshoot system issues, lead teams through resolution, and analyze root causes to recommend improvements.
- Identify and address gaps in processes, controls, and documentation to drive continuous improvement.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure requirements traceability from intake through delivery and validation.
- Maintain clear priorities, scope alignment, and a well-maintained product backlog.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are actionable and aligned to business objectives.
- Build partnerships with engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
- Identify, manage, and communicate dependencies and risks with clear mitigation plans.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of program roadmaps and delivery plans.
- Support business case development, investment planning, and prioritization.
Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience is required.
Experience: This position requires 5+ years of experience supporting or leading technical program and/or product delivery. Experience managing large, complex initiatives, preferably in the financial services sector, is necessary. The role also requires significant experience in managing multiple priorities independently or within a team.
Skills: Candidates must possess a strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and SAFe. Experience in requirements analysis, documentation, and backlog management is required. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential. Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office products is also required.
- Knowledge of the organization's functions, philosophy, and operations.
- Proficiency in documenting workflows with tools such as Mural or Visio.
- Proficiency using tools such as Azure Boards for backlog management and sprint tracking.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, SAFe, or CSM.
