Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid)
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team. The primary responsibilities include executing merchandising and email marketing strategies, as well as creating and managing website landing pages. This role involves end-to-end ownership of campaigns, from creative processes and targeting to execution and optimization. The ideal candidate will be adept at leveraging data for decision-making and working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Execute merchandising strategy.
- Manage email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Build and update websites and landing pages.
- Analyze and report on email campaign performance metrics.
- Own campaigns from end-to-end, including creative processes, targeting, planning, execution, reporting, and optimization.
- Coordinate with multiple teams to provide thorough and authoritative industry creative content.
- Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on the state of initiatives.
- Plan, develop, and execute email campaigns that drive traffic and conversions.
- Continuously optimize email campaigns to improve on KPI performance.
- Develop technical and creative requirements for email campaigns in partnership with cross-functional teams.
Experience: A minimum of three years of relevant experience is required.
Technical Skills:
- Email Marketing campaign execution
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Landing page creation and website management
- Performance measurement and reporting
- Familiarity with GenAI applications for content and copy
- Merchandising execution experience.
