Job Title: Product Manager 5 – Contingent (Program / Portfolio Reporting Analyst)
Location: Charlotte, NC (CIC) – Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Contract Length: 6 months (strong desire to extend and/or convert to FTE)
Pay Rate: $61 - $65
- 5+ years of experience in program reporting, portfolio analytics, PMO reporting, or business analysis
- Strong experience creating executive-level reporting, dashboards, and portfolio analytics
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation programs with multiple workstreams and stakeholders
- Experience supporting AI, automation, digital, or operational transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with PMO governance frameworks and portfolio management practices
- Background in analytics, process engineering, or continuous improvement
In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult as an expert to support highly complex business needs across Product Management and enterprise transformation initiatives. This role is focused on portfolio reporting, governance, analytics, and executive visibility across large-scale programs. The Program / Portfolio Reporting Analyst will partner with senior leaders, product teams, transformation offices, and operations stakeholders to provide actionable insights, support strategic decision-making, and drive portfolio transparency.
- Develop and maintain portfolio reporting frameworks across multiple initiatives and workstreams
- Create executive dashboards, scorecards, status reports, and portfolio health assessments
- Analyze program performance, milestones, dependencies, risks, and financial metrics
- Transform complex datasets into concise, executive-ready reporting and insights
- Support governance routines including steering committees, operational reviews, and escalation forums
- Track portfolio-level risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and escalation
- Partner with program managers, product teams, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to validate reporting data
- Support value realization analysis, business outcome measurement, and strategic planning efforts
- Build forward-looking forecasts and scenario analyses for leadership decision-making
- Drive consistency in reporting standards, governance artifacts, and portfolio taxonomy structures
- Support automation and optimization of reporting processes and analytics capabilities
