Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support hiring across a broad range of Corporate Functions. This role will serve as a strategic talent partner to business leaders and hiring managers, managing the full recruitment lifecycle while delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences.
The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter with strong sourcing, relationship management, and market intelligence capabilities. This individual will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent across Human Resources, Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Procurement, Communications, Marketing, and other corporate business functions.
This role requires a consultative recruiting approach, the ability to influence stakeholders, and experience leveraging market insights and recruiting analytics to drive hiring decisions in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meeting through offer acceptance.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition team members to develop effective recruitment strategies and hiring plans.
- Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, and selection activities.
- Present qualified candidate slates and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
- Facilitate offer negotiations and support candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM platforms, job boards, networking channels, and other sourcing tools to identify and engage high-quality talent.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with talent communities and professional networks.
- Provide market intelligence and talent insights, including:
- Talent availability
- Competitive hiring activity
- Industry hiring trends
- Compensation expectations
- Recruiting challenges and opportunities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Use recruiting analytics and data-driven insights to influence hiring decisions and workforce planning.
- Recommend recruiting strategies that align with organizational goals and market conditions.
- Deliver a positive, professional, and seamless candidate experience through proactive communication and timely follow-up.
- Represent the organization professionally in all candidate and external interactions.
- Promote the company’s employment brand and value proposition to prospective candidates.
- Ensure recruitment activities are conducted with integrity, consistency, and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within ATS and CRM systems.
- Stay current on recruiting trends, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition best practices.
- Embrace innovative recruiting technologies and digital tools to improve recruiting effectiveness and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and recruiting standards.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional recruiting experience in a corporate recruiting environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes across multiple business functions.
- Strong experience utilizing:
- LinkedIn Recruiter
- Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) platforms
- Job boards and sourcing technologies
- Proven ability to source, assess, and attract high-quality candidates.
- Strong interviewing, candidate evaluation, and offer negotiation skills.
- Experience leveraging recruiting analytics and labor market intelligence to influence hiring decisions.
- Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

- Agency recruiting experience in addition to corporate recruiting experience.
