Location: Austin, Texas (Onsite)
COMPENSATION: $22 - $26 HOURLY
This role supports a large-scale deployment of devices operating in a dual-domain environment. The IT Support Technician will be responsible for setting up and configuring devices, providing post-deployment issue resolution, and handling general support tickets. This position involves a high-volume, time-sensitive workflow focused on hardware, software, and access issue troubleshooting.
- Set up and configure devices across dual environments, ensuring proper access to required tools.
- Provide onsite, hands-on troubleshooting and setup for end-users.
- Manage a general support queue, resolving issues through a ticket-based system.
- Deliver hypercare support to address and stabilize post-deployment issues.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and access issues related to dual-domain configurations.
- Support a PC deployment-style workflow with a high volume of deliverables.
- Communicate technical solutions clearly to end-users both in person and via tickets.
Experience: 1-3+ years in desktop support, IT support, or deployment roles.
Technical Skills:
- Experience with PC/laptop setup, imaging, and deployment.
- Ability to configure systems in multiple domains and environments.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, OS, and user access issues.
- Comfort navigating account access, permissions, and domain-related issues.
- Prior exposure to enterprise environments.
- Experience with device rollouts or refresh projects.
- Familiarity with high-volume ticketing systems.
- Experience supporting enterprise tools across different systems or environments.
The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Occasional flexibility may be required based on business needs. This is an onsite role that requires hands-on support in a structured, fast-moving deployment environment.
