Sr. BSA - Documentation & E2E Testing

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (Hybrid)

 
Role Overview

This is a specialized Business Systems Analyst role supporting the onboarding and implementation of a new third-party front-office pricing platform. The position serves as a bridge between trading desks and technology teams, with an initial focus on creating comprehensive documentation. This long-term project offers an engagement duration of up to two years, requiring an onsite presence in Charlotte for an average of three days per week.

 
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for traders and front-office stakeholders.
  • Analyze and document all customizations and configurations of the oneZero platform to support future auditing requirements.
  • Examine the implementation of oneZero solutions and understand how business partners configure the platform to create clear documentation.
  • Assist with end-to-end platform testing, support defect management and tracking, and coordinate with the testing coordinator across multiple teams.
  • Design and document trade execution, pricing, and risk management workflows.
  • Collaborate with development teams and external liquidity providers to test and integrate bridge and gateway technologies.
  • Investigate and resolve production issues, ensuring timely communication.
  • Conduct system validation and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Required Qualifications

Experience:

  • 2-5+ years of experience in the FX or CFD domain.
  • Core skills aligned to a Business Analyst, including a background in validation versus requirements, E2E testing, and user adoption.
  • Hands-on experience with institutional and retail trading platforms such as MT5, FX Cubic, oneZero, or other connectivity bridges.

Technical Skills:

  • Understanding of database management (SQL), FIX protocols, and RESTful APIs.
  • Proficiency with Teams and SharePoint.

Soft Skills:

  • Ability to translate complex trading needs into clear, structured user stories and technical documentation.
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • A foundational understanding of FX products including SPOT, SWAP, and Forwards.
  • Knowledge of Trade Booking and equity pricing.
