Job Description:
Senior UX Researcher
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute end-to-end UX research across the product lifecycle.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research using methods such as usability testing, interviews, surveys, and experimentation.
- Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to inform product decisions.
- Translate research findings into actionable insights, recommendations, and user-centered strategies.
- Help improve research processes, tools, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX research experience supporting digital products.
- Strong experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Demonstrated ability to influence product strategy through research insights.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in HCI, Psychology, Human Factors, Anthropology, or a related field.
- Experience with research operations or participant panel management.
- Familiarity with UX research and design tools such as Qualtrics, UserTesting, and Figma.
