Apex Systems is looking for a Recruiting Specialists to support our client!
Role Overview

As part of a robust Talent Acquisition team, you’ll develop activities related to the recruitment of external applicants for the firm. You’ll develop and maintain contacts with various employment sources to meet the organization's staffing requirements for professional level employees.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct outreach and engage with external prospects using the tools provided.
· Conduct phone screens with prospective candidates.
· Document activity in the tools provided.
· Work with full lifecycle recruiters to schedule interviews
· Submittals/Interviews/Offers/Hires – we are very metrics driven and track everything.
Qualifications
· 2+ years of experience with recruiting, including sourcing and assessing high demand candidates
· 2+ years of experience recruiting with IT
· Experience with applicant tracking systems
· Ability to provide consistent and high-quality service across multiple business units
· Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels within an organization
· HS diploma or GED
Nice to Have Skills
· Experience with working in a DoD environment
· Ability to produce expected results in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment
· Ability to exercise independent judgment to decide on the appropriate priorities and procedures to follow
· Possession of excellent analytical skills to solve problems of a sensitive nature
· Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
