Location: Charlotte, NC – Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 remote)

Contract Length: 6mo

Pay Rate: $69 - $74

Top Requirements:
  1. Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini), and AI workflow orchestration
  2. Experience deploying AI solutions into real-world business operations and enterprise environments
  3. Strong background in product management, strategy, process transformation, and stakeholder engagement
Plusses:
  • Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) tools or equivalent AI integration frameworks
  • Banking, operations, or financial services experience
  • Experience building reusable AI frameworks, automation platforms, or agent libraries
Job Summary:

In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Strategy and Planning. As a Forward Deployed Agentic Sr Lead, you will serve as the bridge between business operations, product management, AI engineering, and technology teams. This role is responsible for deploying agentic AI solutions into enterprise workflows, driving operational transformation, enabling AI adoption, and delivering measurable business outcomes across the Chief Operating Office.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end deployment of agentic AI solutions into business and operational environments
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify automation and AI opportunities through process discovery and analysis
  • Translate operational workflows, SOPs, and process artifacts into AI-enabled solutions
  • Design and implement multi-step AI agents using LLMs and orchestration frameworks
  • Leverage GPT, Claude, Gemini, and related AI technologies to build enterprise-ready solutions
  • Develop prompt architectures, reasoning workflows, RAG patterns, and contextual grounding strategies
  • Build ROI models, business cases, and value realization frameworks for AI initiatives
  • Manage product backlogs, requirements, prioritization, and iterative delivery cycles
  • Create reusable agent frameworks, prompt templates, workflow components, and AI capabilities
  • Drive AI adoption through training, documentation, governance, and best practices
  • Collaborate closely with operations, risk, compliance, product, engineering, and executive leadership teams
  • Support enterprise standards for AI governance, lifecycle management, and responsible AI practices
