Location: Remote

Contract Length: 11 Months

Overview

We are seeking a Benefits Evaluation Analyst to support the measurement, evaluation, and reporting of digital transformation initiatives within a complex healthcare environment. This role will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data, developing performance reports and dashboards, and helping stakeholders understand the impact and value of strategic programs and technology investments.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with excellent communication skills and is comfortable working with large datasets, evaluation frameworks, and a diverse group of business and clinical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support evaluation and benefits realization activities for strategic initiatives and programs.
  • Develop and maintain performance metrics, KPIs, scorecards, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
  • Collect, validate, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data from multiple sources.
  • Design and administer surveys, questionnaires, and other data collection tools.
  • Produce regular and ad hoc reports, visualizations, presentations, and executive summaries.
  • Translate complex data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Support quality improvement and continuous improvement initiatives through evidence-based analysis.
  • Conduct data quality reviews, validation activities, and documentation of methodologies and business rules.
  • Collaborate with business, operational, clinical, and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and support decision-making.
  • Assist with project coordination activities, including work plans, meeting documentation, action tracking, and status reporting.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Health Informatics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Business, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, evaluation, performance measurement, benefits realization, reporting, or business intelligence.
  • Experience collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from multiple sources.
  • Strong experience developing dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL, Python, R, or similar technologies.
  • Experience supporting KPI development, outcomes measurement, program evaluation, or benefits tracking initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholder groups.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within healthcare, digital health, or public sector environments.
  • Knowledge of evaluation methodologies, performance measurement frameworks, or benefits realization practices.
  • Experience with survey design, workflow analysis, process improvement, or research activities.
  • Familiarity with healthcare systems, electronic medical records (EMR), or clinical information systems.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, or similar collaboration platforms.
