Role Overview

This role involves the analysis of business processes and practices to design and implement information technology solutions that align with customer needs and business initiatives. The position requires specialized expertise to interpret business issues, recommend best practices, and identify innovative solutions for complex problems. The analyst will work independently, leading functional teams or projects, and will be recognized as an expert within their functional area.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to define test scenarios and validate solutions against business requirements to ensure proper functionality.
  • Monitor, track, and measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions to evaluate performance.
  • Drive projects independently from concept to production with minimal supervision.
  • Develop and manage complex SQL queries, including multi-table joins across large-scale datasets.
Required Qualifications

Education: A Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration is required.

 

Experience: 6-10 years of experience in business analysis, IT systems analysis, and technology implementation is required.

 

Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python and SQL is required.

 

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with software development best practices, including source control, CI/CD, GitHub Actions, and testing.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and modern analytics architectures.
  • Experience supporting Supply Chain, Source-to-Pay, Procurement, or Demand Planning business functions.
  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, model evaluation, and AI-assisted software development.
  • Proficiency with business intelligence tools such as SAP, BOBJ, and BPC.
  • A strong understanding of project management processes, IT budget forecasting, and stakeholder engagement.
