Job Title: Business Execution Consultant

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)

Contract Length: 6 months

Pay Rate: $53/hr - $57/hr

Role Overview

In this role, you will consult on or participate in initiatives and deliverables within Business Execution while supporting Securities Operations functions. This position focuses on operational process analysis, AI-enabled optimization, knowledge management, trade lifecycle support, and process improvement initiatives. You will partner across operations teams to create scalable frameworks, improve operational effectiveness, and support strategic initiatives impacting Securities Operations.

• Lead operational initiatives and process improvement efforts across Securities Operations.
• Analyze and document complex trade lifecycle processes and operational workflows.
• Translate operational procedures into structured frameworks suitable for AI-driven solutions and knowledge repositories.
• Design and refine prompts and content structures to support Copilot and AI-enabled operational tools.
• Support operational functions including Client Account Onboarding, Cash Payments, Funding Operations, Custodial Operations, Securities Settlement Services, Structured Loan Operations, and General Ledger Reconciliation.
• Resolve complex escalated operational issues and identify root causes.
• Conduct risk assessments and support operational control improvements.
• Collaborate with business partners, operations leaders, and stakeholders to develop scalable solutions.

• 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience.
• Strong understanding of securities operations and the trade lifecycle, including trade processing, settlement, funding, custodial operations, and operational risk controls.
• Experience designing structured AI prompts and leveraging Copilot or similar AI tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Ability to document, structure, and optimize complex business processes into scalable operational frameworks for knowledge management.

• Experience implementing AI/Copilot solutions within an operational environment.
• Contact Center or Frontline Support experience.
• Experience with workflow and automation tools such as Power Automate, SharePoint, and knowledge management platforms.
