Customer Success Consultant

Location: Boise, Idaho (3 days in office)

 

Role Overview

We are seeking a Customer Success Consultant to serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for clients. This role focuses on building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring they derive maximum value from our solutions. The position involves acting as a primary point of contact, identifying growth opportunities, and providing business insights to optimize the customer experience.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients by understanding their industry, business issues, and long-range needs.
  • Consult with clients on business problems to suggest value-added solutions and alternatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for the client, ensuring success as they adopt new platforms or services.
  • Educate clients on the business value of solutions and the application of best practices.
  • Provide business insights through client value presentations and Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for acquiring new business or developing existing accounts to meet sales objectives.
  • Deliver sales presentations, develop bids, respond to proposals, and negotiate final terms and contracts.
  • Optimize the customer experience lifecycle by building client relationships throughout their journey.
  • Provide "voice of customer" perspective to functional areas across the business.
Required Qualifications

Experience: 4-6 years of relevant experience is required.
