Location: Fully remote anywhere in the United States; must be comfortable supporting PST hours
A Program Manager is sought to support cross-functional program management needs across priority initiatives. This role requires a professional with program management skills who can navigate a matrixed organization and manage fluid projects. The position involves partnering with internal teams to drive the execution, coordination, and delivery of complex, enterprise-level work in a dynamic environment.
- Lead planning and execution of cross-functional programs and workstreams.
- Serve as an implementation lead for a specific market, driving the execution of program playbooks.
- Lead working group meetings and ensure alignment across market and national stakeholders.
- Facilitate co-management meetings with clinical and operational partners to support integrated delivery.
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate stakeholders across national teams, markets, and partner functions to ensure alignment and progress.
- Support local market activation, including workflow socialization, change management, and adoption.
- Track milestones, risks, and dependencies; proactively manage issues and escalation.
- Develop and maintain program infrastructure such as workplans, trackers, and reporting.
- Support governance processes, including meeting facilitation, decision tracking, and follow-ups.
- Prepare concise, executive-ready updates, materials, and reporting.
- Provide surge support for high-priority initiatives, including strategic planning and special projects.
Education: A BA or BS degree is required.
PMP certification is REQUIRED.
Experience: 5–8+ years of program or project management experience is required, including managing complex, cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment. Experience leading implementation or operational rollout in a market or region is preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is required. Candidates must possess organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. The ability to operate independently and bring structure to ambiguous work is necessary. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including for executive materials, are also required. A PMP certification is required.
- An MBA is preferred.
- Experience in healthcare, population health, or community health.
- Familiarity with strategy, operations, or regulatory/compliance environments.
- Experience supporting clinical workflow integration or care model implementation.
- Experience with the client's organization is highly valued.
