Senior Business Analyst Details
We are seeking a highly collaborative, self-motivated Senior BA who thrives in ambiguity and is comfortable balancing priorities across multiple product teams.
Responsibilities
· Partner with Product Managers, UX Designers, Design System contributors, and engineering teams to define, document, and refine business and technical requirements.
· Support the evolution and adoption of the Design System by translating business needs into scalable, reusable component requirements and experience standards.
· Collaborate to define customer-facing capabilities and platform enhancements across the mobile application ecosystem.
· Facilitate requirements gathering workshops, refinement sessions, dependency discussions, and cross-functional alignment meetings.
· Create and maintain Features, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, process flows, and supporting documentation.
· Identify and manage dependencies across squads, ensuring alignment between Design System initiatives and Native App delivery plans.
· Support Agile ceremonies and contribute to release planning, testing readiness, and go-live activities.
Desired Qualifications
· Senior-level Business Analyst with a proven track record of driving complex initiatives in Agile environments.
· Experience working with mobile application teams (iOS) and a strong understanding of customer-facing digital experiences.
· Familiarity with Design Systems, UX principles, accessibility considerations, and the role of reusable components in product development.
· Exceptional facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
· Comfortable navigating ambiguity and balancing competing priorities across multiple squads.
· Experience documenting requirements through Features, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Given/When/Then methodologies.
· Ability to translate business objectives into actionable requirements and partner effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Experience in retail, eCommerce, omnichannel, or other fast-paced customer-centric environments is preferred.
