Location: Menlo Park, California (Onsite)
As a Senior Demand Generation Manager, you will actively contribute to the global demand generation strategy and drive pipeline growth. You will own and execute campaigns that include account-based marketing, webinars, pay-per-click, social media, virtual events, hands-on workshops, email nurture, and lead generation to deliver tailored marketing messages. Your work will involve frequent testing and analysis to drive optimization. This role requires cross-functional collaboration with sales, product marketing, field teams, and the partner ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be creative, possess a collaborative work ethic, have strong attention to detail, and use data-driven decision making.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns to deliver on pipeline targets.
- Develop, execute, and measure multi-channel integrated demand generation campaigns, including webinars, 3rd party syndication, ABM, PPC, remarketing, virtual events, workshops, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.
- Set key performance indicators, track engagement, and analyze attribution to ensure the success of integrated campaign activities, communicating results to sales and marketing teams.
- Develop multi-touch omnichannel nurture programs to engage prospects and move them through the funnel.
- Implement A/B testing methodologies to enhance the demand creation process and optimize performance.
- Design and develop account-based marketing plans to drive engagement and revenue within core accounts, working with Sales to create personalized plans.
- Leverage AI for campaign creation and pilot new channels and platforms to increase conversion rates.
- Oversee end-to-end execution of objectives from planning and execution to reporting, working closely with various internal and external stakeholders.
Education: A BA/BS in Marketing, Computers, or a related field is required.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns is necessary. A demonstrated track record of driving significant growth in demand and pipeline is also required. Additional experience includes program-managing large-scale webinars and virtual events, growing a database organically, and working with third-party developer publications.
Technical Skills: Extensive experience with a marketing tech stack is required, including Marketo, Salesforce, ON24, Bizzabo or other virtual event platforms, Mutiny, 6Sense, and Intellimize. Candidates must have an understanding of the observability and software audience. Excellent written communication skills for developing direct response copy are essential. An ability to learn new technologies, products, and systems is expected. Expertise in understanding data, telling stories, and executing across channels to create a customer-focused experience is required, along with experience in both traditional and digital channels.
