Role Overview

A position is available for a Logistics Engineer to join a Specialty Engineering Team. This role involves working with logistics design influence efforts and activities necessary to meet system performance requirements in an environment that embraces change and innovation.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Use EAGLE to perform Logistics Support Analysis and develop Logistics Product Data Summaries.
  • Support logistics engineering activities and assist as a technical resource on a development program.
  • Analyze and interpret technical data (e.g., drawings, manuals, specifications) to develop technical and logistics data, including Technical Orders and Interactive Element Technical Manuals.
  • Create or update relevant reports such as task analysis, maintenance plans, or provisioning requirements reports.
  • Perform, develop, or update Level of Repair Analysis (LORA).
  • Develop maintenance concepts to ensure affordable and effective mission readiness solutions.
Required Qualifications
  • Ability to obtain a DOD secret clearance prior to supporting the program. An active DOD secret clearance is highly preferred.
  • Experience in logistics or life cycle support environments, preferably military maintenance and sustainment support.
  • Demonstrated experience using EAGLE to perform Logistics Support Analysis (LSA).
  • Demonstrated experience developing LSA products in accordance with MIL-STD-1388, GEIA-STD-0007 or MIL-PRF-49506.
  • Demonstrated experience performing Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) and Life Cycle Cost Analysis Modeling.
  • Demonstrated experience using LSA data to develop technical data, technical publications, Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs), or training products.
  • Demonstrated communication (verbal and written) skills.
  • PC proficiency with Microsoft Office Products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
  • Ability to work full-time onsite at the facility.
