Procurement CAPA Program Lead (Contract)
Location: Remote
We are seeking an experienced Procurement CAPA Program Lead to drive remediation initiatives focused on supplier and material master data governance, purchasing controls, and process compliance within a highly regulated manufacturing environment. This role will partner closely with Procurement, Quality, Regulatory, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and IT teams to implement sustainable process improvements, strengthen governance frameworks, and support regulatory compliance objectives.
- Lead procurement CAPA remediation initiatives from planning through implementation.
- Drive governance and process improvements for supplier and material master data.
- Support remediation efforts related to purchasing controls, engineering specifications, and supplier qualification processes.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, redesign workflows, and implement scalable business solutions.
- Support system implementations, testing, validation activities, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop procedures, training materials, KPIs, and executive-level reporting.
- Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and audit requirements in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience leading procurement, supply chain, master data, governance, or transformation initiatives.
- Experience with supplier onboarding, vendor/material master data management, CAPA remediation, and ERP implementations.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP MDG, Oracle, Ariba, Dynamics, or similar enterprise platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management, process improvement, and project leadership skills.
- Power BI, Excel, Power Query, and data analytics experience.
- PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or related certifications.
- Experience supporting validation, testing, and change management activities.
- Background working in regulated manufacturing environments.
