Job Description:
Location: Juno Beach, Florida (Onsite)
This role involves defining and leading the enterprise data architecture strategy, standards, and roadmap across data platforms, analytics, AI, and cloud ecosystems. The position will develop and implement AI solutions to enhance automation, predictive analytics, and operational efficiency. The specialist will work with engineering and operational teams to customize AI tools for specific project and business challenges.
- Define the team's AI strategy for automation and operational intelligence.
- Architect scalable enterprise data platforms using Databricks Lakehouse, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and cloud-native technologies.
- Design and implement modern data architectures, including data lakes, data warehouses, data mesh, and streaming data integration patterns.
- Establish and enforce enterprise data governance, metadata management, lineage, security, and privacy standards.
- Lead the architecture of data ingestion, transformation, and data product pipelines using Databricks, Spark, and cloud-native services.
- Develop enterprise data models and integration patterns to promote data consistency and reuse.
- Drive the adoption of DataOps, MLOps, and modern engineering practices.
- Partner with business stakeholders, data product teams, and enterprise architects to align data initiatives with business strategy.
- Architect data foundations that enable advanced analytics, machine learning, and Generative AI use cases.
- Establish architecture standards for AI/ML platforms, including model lifecycle management, observability, and governance.
- Lead cross-functional architecture reviews and technology modernization initiatives.
- Mentor data engineers, data scientists, and solution architects.
Experience: 8+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Engineering, Analytics Architecture, or Enterprise Architecture.
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, MLflow, and modern cloud data platforms.
- Master's or PhD in AI, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale data modernization and migration programs.
- Working knowledge of Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, Vector Databases, and AI platform architectures.
- Experience working with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud ecosystems and enterprise governance frameworks.
