Job Title: Business Analyst – AI Delivery (Business Execution Consultant 5 – Contingent)
Location: Charlotte, NC – (Hybrid)
Contract Length: 6 months (potential extension + intention to convert)
Pay Rate: $90 - $100
- 7+ years Business Execution / Product / Business Analysis / Strategic Planning experience in structured or regulated environments.
- Strong experience gathering requirements, producing documentation, writing user stories, and supporting product delivery.
- Background with AI, automation, workflow-heavy technology solutions, or data-driven platforms.
- Experience managing third‑party vendors or external solution delivery.
- Ability to support UAT execution, delivery timelines, stakeholder communication, and rollout planning.
- Experience supporting AI/GenAI initiatives or automation programs.
- Experience in Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) or other regulated financial domains.
- Ability to create wireframes/UI mockups for early design and discussion.
- Experience coordinating cross‑functional product teams.
- Strong organizational and communication skills; comfort interacting with senior business partners.
This senior‑level Business Execution Consultant (Product Analyst / Business Analyst) role sits within the Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB) as part of the AI Delivery team, which oversees the execution of AI and GenAI initiatives. The consultant will support build‑out of the banker insights AI platform, working across document lifecycle automation, workflow/agentic solutions, and client‑insights tools delivered internally or via third‑party vendors.
The role requires deep experience translating business needs into requirements, coordinating product delivery, managing vendors, and driving execution across AI and data‑driven initiatives. The consultant will partner with product, technology, design, testing, and vendor teams to support high‑visibility CIB AI programs.
- Product & Requirements
- Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into clear product requirements.
- Facilitate user‑story workshops; write user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Produce wireframes and design mockups.
- Support product documentation and backlog refinement.
- Delivery & Execution
- Partner with technology teams to support custom AI solution builds.
- Coordinate and help manage UAT, test planning, and execution.
- Track milestones, risks, issues, and cross‑team dependencies.
- Support rollout planning, communication, and change management.
- Vendor / Third‑Party Management
- Manage delivery activities for vendor‑supported AI/insights platforms.
- Ensure external vendors meet delivery timelines and requirements.
- Oversee onboarding, operational readiness, and transition activities.
- Manage vendor workstreams, checkpoints, and progress tracking.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, AI teams, CIB business partners, and external vendors.
- Support structured documentation and execution alignment required in regulated environments.
- Provide insights into delivery best practices and support large‑scale AI programs.
