Role Overview

This is an individual contributor position which works under regular supervision and participates on multiple projects of varying complexity. Supports the successful integration of partner systems with our platforms. This role sits at the intersection of customer engagement, business analysis, and technology, acting as a key liaison between external partners and internal teams. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring accurate data exchange, rigorous testing, and smooth onboarding across multiple concurrent integration initiatives.


Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners throughout the full integration lifecycle, from requirements through testing and production readiness.
  • Gather, interpret, and translate business and technical requirements between partners and internal technology teams.
  • Lead and execute integration and testing efforts, including user acceptance testing, defect tracking, validation, and release support. Hands-on integration and testing.
  • Perform detailed data mapping, validation, auditing, and documentation to ensure data accuracy and integrity across integrations.
  • Ensure integrations align with applicable industry data standards and partner requirements.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple integration efforts simultaneously, balancing timelines, dependencies, and business impact.
  • Partner cross‑functionally to resolve issues, improve workflows, and enhance the overall customer and partner experience.
  • Identify opportunities to improve integration processes, testing approaches, documentation, and partner enablement.
Minimum Education and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in customer integrations, system integrations, or technical business analysis.
  • Direct experience with system integration and testing is required (including UAT, validation, defect resolution, and release coordination).
  • Strong experience with data mapping, documentation, and structured testing practices.
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical, organizational, and follow‑up skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
  • Experience working in regulated or data‑intensive environments (financial services, insurance, lending, or similar).
  • Experience with XML, EDI, and MISMO.
  • Exposure to rules‑driven systems, underwriting, pricing, or policy‑based platforms.
  • Business Analyst or Project Management experience is a plus.
