Position: Project Manager
Location: Miramar, FL - Onsite Mon-Thurs
Duration: 3 Months
The Creative Project Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering the most visible and complex launches, bringing new ships, inaugural sailings, destinations, and onboard innovations to market across a global, multi-channel ecosystem. This role partners closely with Brand, Marketing, Product, and Channel teams to orchestrate creative development for high-stakes launch moments, ensuring flawless execution, on-brand storytelling, and on-time delivery against immovable launch milestones.
- Assist in shepherding the logistics and deliverables for the creative team behind major launches, including new ship debuts, inaugural sailings, and destination introductions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Brand, Marketing, Product, and Channel partners, practicing clear and consistent communication.
- Partner with marketing and channel leads to translate business objectives and launch strategies into actionable creative roadmaps.
- Own creative intake for launch initiatives by managing all creative briefs, ensuring requirements and brand standards are clearly defined.
- Convert approved briefs into structured projects within the workflow system (e.g., Wrike), assigning resources and building detailed timelines.
- Collaborate with the Creative Ops Manager, Creative Director, designers, and copywriters to guide work from concept through execution.
- Proactively manage prioritization, dependencies, and risks across concurrent launch workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
- Facilitate status meetings, track project health, and report on progress, risks, and tradeoffs to support decision-making.
- Coordinate the trafficking of launch assets from production through final delivery to channel leads, ensuring assets meet technical and brand standards.
- Act as an ambassador for Creative Services during launch planning, fostering trust, collaboration, and accountability.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in an agency or in-house marketing environment managing creative workflows for large-scale campaigns or launches.
- Proven experience supporting high-volume, deadline-driven work with fixed launch dates.
- Experience managing creative assets within shared servers or enterprise-level asset management systems.
Skills:
- Strong working knowledge of multi-channel marketing, with an emphasis on digital platforms including web, email, social, and paid media.
- Proficiency with enterprise project management tools (e.g., Wrike, Smartsheet).
- Ability to thrive under pressure, manage competing priorities, and anticipate risks while remaining organized and proactive.
- Experience in eCommerce, retail, or global marketing environments is strongly preferred.
