Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid – approx. 2 days onsite per week)
Duration: 8‑month contract with potential for extension
Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours
About the Role
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support complex, multi‑stream initiatives within a large enterprise environment. This role focuses on coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication across multiple parallel workstreams, supporting programs related to payments, digital platforms, and enterprise systems.
This is a hands‑on role ideal for an organized and proactive project professional who enjoys keeping teams aligned and work moving forward.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate activities across up to multiple project workstreams
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings, including escalation discussions when needed
- Track action items, dependencies, risks, and issues
- Maintain project documentation and reporting using Jira and Smartsheet
- Support vendor onboarding and system access coordination
- Partner with cross‑functional teams including technology, finance, and operations
- Provide administrative and coordination support to project leadership
Tools & Technologies
- Jira (required)
- Smartsheet (required)
- Clarity MyPPM or similar PPM tools (nice to have)
- SharePoint or similar documentation platforms
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools is a plus
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or PM roles
- Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline
- Experience supporting multiple initiatives at the same time
- Clear, confident communication skills
- Ability to adapt in fast‑moving, stakeholder‑driven environments
Preferred Experience
- Payments, financial services, fintech, or e‑commerce environments
- Vendor onboarding or enterprise system work
- Agile or hybrid delivery models
Work Environment
- Hybrid work model with onsite presence approximately twice per week
- Onsite days may vary based on project needs
- Must be comfortable collaborating with cross‑functional teams
