As a Real Estate Specialist for the Tanglewood (5G Home Ready) Project, you will be the primary driver for site acquisition and successful project completion. You will be responsible for navigating the complexities of leasing, zoning, permitting, and regulatory compliance to secure the necessary real estate for network expansion. You will proactively manage vendor performance and project trackers to ensure all network landmarks and turn-up dates are met. By maintaining expert oversight of project budgets and communicating status across multiple systems, you will ensure that all internal and external stakeholders remain aligned while following strict methods and procedures for environmental and regulatory control.


Key Responsibilities

  • Site Acquisition & Completion: Lead the end-to-end drive for site acquisition, ensuring project timelines are met for the 5GHR deployment.
  • Macro Modification Deployment: Handle large-scale complex projects related to our macro modification deployment in key markets.
  • Regulatory: Oversee and manage regulatory requirements and filings to ensure 100% compliance across all project phases. Executing on our regulatory process for modifications, compliance efforts, and routine audits
  • Compliance Oversight: Ensure all sites conform to leasing, zoning/permitting, environmental, and regulatory compliance policies.
  • Vendor Management: Track and manage vendor performance, pushing third parties to complete key milestones through regular deployment calls.
  • Data & Systems Management: Operate fluently across multiple internal systems to keep project trackers updated and ensure data integrity. The use of FUZE for project lifecycle management.
  • Financial Stewardship: Actively manage and report on project budgets to maintain fiscal health throughout the site lifecycle.
  • Project Communication: Conduct and participate in deployment calls with vendors and project teams, ensuring comprehensive awareness of project status and risks.
  • Partnering with RF, Construction,Network Operations, Legal and other entities to assess and build out our network.

Candidate Requirements

Need to Have (Must Have Skills)

  • Professional Experience: 5–7 years of experience in wireless real estate or project management.
  • Reporting Expertise: Proven track record in PMO tracking and high-level project reporting.
  • Communication Mastery: Expert-level communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Domain Knowledge: * Deep experience in MACRO Real Estate (New Build, Colocation, and Rawland).

Nice to Have (Desired Skills)

  • Field Insight: Practical field experience in site development or real estate acquisition.
  • Executive Presentation: Experience providing high-level reporting for executive leadership.
  • Performance Drive: A demonstrated ability to hold vendors accountable and push projects through bottlenecks to meet aggressive milestones.
  • Knowledge of Google Suite including the ability to perform advanced functions (e.g., pivot tables, Vlookups)

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional work/field experience in Real Estate, Law, or Project Management.
