Role: Business Systems Analyst (BSA) Level I
Supporting: Large Financial Services Client
Location: Pensacola, FL or Vienna, VA (Hybrid)
Assignment Type: Contract Only
Duration: ~ 6 Months

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage user access lifecycle including account creation, modification, and deactivation across systems
- Support Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to enforce security and least-privilege access principles
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes in alignment with compliance requirements
- Troubleshoot access-related issues and provide first-line support
- Participate in access reviews, audits, and compliance monitoring activities
- Document processes, resolutions, and workflows to enhance team knowledge and efficiency
- Analyze IAM-related data and processes to identify improvement opportunities
- Translate business needs into functional requirements for system enhancements and automation
- Support development and maintenance of provisioning and audit tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend solutions
- Monitor performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- 1–5 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Exposure to data analysis, reporting, and querying (SQL and/or Power BI preferred)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Solid understanding of business processes and workflow documentation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Compensation and Benefits: The pay rate for this position is between $14.00 and $20.00 per hour. Please note that the final rate may be contingent on experience and other factors.
