Job Description:

JOB OVERVIEW: Seeking a hands-on Senior Project Manager to support enterprise technology initiatives within a fast-paced Agile delivery environment. This individual will step into active, in-flight projects and own delivery across multiple Agile teams supporting application development and enterprise platforms. Ideal candidates will have strong experience in Agile project execution and demonstrate active use of AI tools to improve SDLC workflows, reporting, and team productivity.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Own end-to-end project delivery across multiple Agile teams - Step into active project workstreams to ensure continuity and execution - Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, retrospectives) - Manage scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies across cross-functional teams - Partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders - Drive project reporting and communication to leadership - Utilize tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira to manage backlog and delivery metrics - Identify and remove delivery blockers to maintain momentum


AI & DELIVERY OPTIMIZATION (REQUIRED): - Actively leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) within day-to-day workflows - Apply AI to improve: - Backlog management and user story generation - Reporting and documentation - Sprint planning and team efficiency


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: - 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Agile Delivery Lead - Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments - Experience managing multiple Agile teams simultaneously - Proven experience with enterprise application delivery - Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools - Demonstrated use of AI tools within SDLC workflows (not just exposure)


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Experience supporting .NET or enterprise application development environments - Familiarity with AI-driven development tools or automation - Experience in large, matrixed organizations - Experience stabilizing or inheriting in-flight projects
