Location: Austin, TX (5 days onsite)
We’re looking for a senior‑level Principal Product Manager to lead high‑impact financial system initiatives supporting Accounts Payable and Supplier domains. This role sits at the intersection of finance, technology, and product strategy, owning complex platforms that support large‑scale operations.

As a Principal Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for the full product lifecycle across critical financial applications, from strategy through delivery and optimization. Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the translation of business needs and financial requirements into clear, actionable product roadmaps and backlogs
- Leading Accounts Payable and Supplier domain initiatives across enterprise finance platforms
- Driving financial systems convergence and application rationalization efforts
- Developing and maintaining long‑term (12+ month) product roadmaps aligned to business and technology goals
- Authoring high‑quality business requirements documentation and championing strong documentation standards
- Partnering with finance, accounting, and technical teams to map business processes to system capabilities
- Building business cases for new or enhanced financial solutions and guiding stakeholder alignment
- Participating in product increment planning and cross‑functional prioritization discussions
- Using data, metrics, and user insights to identify improvement opportunities and guide decision‑making
- Influencing strategic thinking and collaboration across multiple teams and workstreams
This is a true senior product role requiring deep enterprise finance experience.
- 5–7+ years of product management experience
- Strong hands‑on experience with Workday Financials, specifically Accounts Payable
- Experience working with PeopleSoft financial systems
- Solid accounting and finance domain knowledge
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross‑functional product initiatives
- Prior experience in large enterprise or regulated environments
- Experience modernizing or consolidating legacy financial systems
- Master’s degree
- Experience working on high‑scale platforms with multiple stakeholder groups
- High visibility product ownership with meaningful business impact
