Job Description:

Test Lead

Location: Newport Beach, CA

Onsite: 5 days per week

Rate: $85-90 an hour

The role is a senior test leadership position responsible for defining, governing, and assuring the end-to-end test strategy for an Oracle Fusion Finance program, ensuring integration of business, technology, and data testing activities.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing a comprehensive test strategy, overseeing test governance, managing risks and issues, ensuring alignment across teams and vendors, and maintaining audit-ready records and traceability.

Important deliverables are the end-to-end test strategy, integrated test plan, governance model, requirements-to-test traceability, defect management standards, quality gate definitions, and evidence standards.

Qualified candidates will have the following skillsets:

10+ year of experience of test execution

5+ years of experience in leadership

We are looking for someone who can:

Develop and execute a comprehensive test strategy across Oracle, Snowflake, and legacy solutions.

Ensure test plans are in place and defined

Define and manage consolidated assurance gates

Provide risk-based assessment

Track solution inventory

Oversee test governance
