Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
Employment Type: 6 Months Contract
Pay Rate: $53.00/hr to $57.00/hr

This role consults on and participates in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Business Execution. The specialist will contribute to large-scale planning, review and analyze complex business execution challenges, and collaborate with personnel to meet deliverables while leveraging a solid understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Lead initiatives to redesign and improve Service Fulfillment processes.
- Analyze and optimize workflows to reduce manual processing, improve efficiency, and minimize operational risk.
- Support automation initiatives and process re-engineering efforts across securities operations.
- Review and analyze complex operational processes across the trade lifecycle.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, risk, and technology teams to drive improvements.
- Lead cross-functional discussions and contribute to enterprise-level planning initiatives.
- Manage and support processes including onboarding, funding operations, cash payments, settlements, and reconciliation.
- Resolve complex escalations and operational issues within securities operations.
- Support governance, risk, and control initiatives to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
- Develop documentation, reporting, and recommendations for leadership.
- Mentor team members and support execution of strategic initiatives.
Experience: 5+ years of Securities Operations experience within financial services. Strong process improvement and business execution experience, including operations redesign and workflow optimization. Experience working across trade lifecycle processes such as settlement, onboarding, funding, and reconciliation.
- Experience with service fulfillment automation or operational transformation initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder collaboration and ability to influence across functions.
- Experience with risk, controls, and audit readiness in securities/trade environments.
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and mentor team members.
- Experience working in highly regulated environments.
The estimated pay rate for this position is $53.00/hr to $57.00/hr.
