  • Route social and influencer content through legal and compliance review, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines
  • Support activation of sponsorships and high-visibility campaigns, maximizing content output and engagement opportunities
  • Oversee influencer operations including brief development, contract coordination, tracking deliverables, and managing usage rights
  • Develop and maintain reporting cadence, pulling insights from analytics platforms and translating performance into actionable recommendations
  • Partner with social content and marketing teams to support scheduling, platform execution, and campaign deployment
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders including brand, creative, paid media, influencer marketing, legal, and compliance teams

Required Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or integrated campaign management
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver campaigns on time and within scope
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing, including creator briefs, partnerships, and platform requirements (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
  • Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., financial services, healthcare, pharma) or with compliance review processes
  • Familiarity with social media trends, platform best practices, and emerging digital marketing tactics
  • Experience with social analytics and listening tools (e.g., Sprinklr or similar platforms)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in financial services or other highly regulated industries
  • Experience working with sponsorship activations or large-scale campaigns
  • Familiarity with influencer management platforms (e.g., CreatorIQ, Influential, Sprinklr)
  • Understanding of how influencer and social content integrates with paid media strategies
