Job Description:
Technical:
- Beaker AP or CP? We would look at both, but lean towards CP.
- Any specific knowledge within a certain beaker area of expertise (I.E. Hematology, Chemistry, Micro, etc). My preference is quality of analyst vs area of specialization.
- How many FTE people are on the current team this opening is slated with and how would this new hire be brought in? In regards to workload, upcoming projects, on-call, etc.? 14 current FTEs, but we have several position openings. We also have multiple consultants on the project. No expectation for on-call. Focused on Gold implementation. Next major go-live is 10/30 with our South region.
- If we find someone that is currently in an FTE and is only interested in Direct Hire would that be doable (seeing that more often now). Yes, we would consider. Will need to discuss details upfront before we go down the path with making an offer to the person.
Logistical:
Details vary based on whether we would hire them into an analyst or sr analyst role - we have openings for both.
- Years of experience required?
Below are the job requirements as outlined in job descriptions for an analyst or sr analyst. I'll say upfront that in a contract to hire situation, even if we hire into analyst role, we are looking for already certified with at least 2 years of experience operating in this type of role.
Analyst:
· Bachelors Other in a related field or 4 years of equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's degree, upon hire and
· 2 years of relevant experience in one of the following areas: Clinical, operational, application support and implementation and
· Development experience with applications in a hospital or medical related industry is and
· Experience working with project life cycle or project management methodologies is
· EPIC Certification, within 120 Days
Sr Analyst:
· Bachelors Other in related field or 4 years of equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's degree, upon hire.
· Epic Ambulatory certification and/or experience required.
· 3 years working with systems analysis programming/design.
· 5 years of additional relevant experience: application support, implementation.
· Development experience with applications in a hospital or medical related industry.
· EPIC Certification, within 120 Days
- Approved Salary Range?
Ranges as outlined in job descriptions. Salaries are controlled by our HR team and are based on their evaluation of the person's experience. We will need to pull them in early
Analyst: $43.20 - $64.26 /hour
Sr Analyst: $52.27 - $77.75 /hour
- Are you open to paying an early conversion fee within the 6 month contract term, or, would you be firm on the resource needing to continue via contract until the completion of the 6 months? Possibly, we will need to discuss the details. Can you provide me your standard conversion fees?
- Can this be fully remote with zero travel after conversion, or, will some travel be required? Anticipate no travel, but maybe the periodic trip.
