Job Description:
Location: San Antonio, Texas (Hybrid)
We are seeking a Change Specialist to support the execution of an ERP Change Strategy. This role involves working with end-users and leadership to achieve successful business outcomes for the program. The specialist will assist in confirming business process designs, analyzing changes to existing roles, and supporting the development and execution of comprehensive change management plans.
- Support the execution of the ERP Change Strategy, working with end-users and leadership.
- Assist in confirming business process designs and analyzing changes to roles, jobs, and teams.
- Develop and maintain the stakeholder analysis and change impact assessment.
- Analyze training needs and support training design and role mapping activities.
- Develop tailored communications, maintain the communication plan, and coordinate distribution.
- Actively participate in program activities, provide input, and work across teams to ensure alignment.
- Execute the change network approach and the change measurement strategy to evaluate program progress.
- Support the development of change management deliverables and ensure quality per program standards.
- Identify and raise issues and risks to the program leadership.
- Coordinate with internal organizations to support the implementation of changes.
Experience: 3–7 years of Change Management experience supporting enterprise initiatives, including experience with ERP or large-scale enterprise transformations (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Technical Skills: A strong background in stakeholder engagement, communications, change planning, and change impact assessments. Experience with Jira is required. The ability to build deliverables independently while working within a broader strategy is necessary.
- Prosci Certification or Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP).
