Job Title: Business Execution Consultant 5 / Strategy & Transformation Lead

Location: Charlotte, NC (3 days onsite / 2 remote)

Contract Length: 6 months (potential conversion)

Pay Rate: $81 - $87

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Top Requirements:
  1. 7+ years of Business Execution, strategy, or consulting experience
  2. Proven experience developing and operationalizing multi-year strategies in complex organizations
  3. Strong executive communication skills with ability to create strategic narratives and presentations
Plusses:
  1. Experience in payments or financial services domain
  2. Consulting background with exposure to enterprise transformation initiatives
  3. Experience managing governance frameworks, roadmaps, and execution tracking
  4. Strong stakeholder management with senior/executive leadership
  5. Experience supporting integration planning across business units
Job Summary:

In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Business Execution. Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale, and require advanced analytical and inductive thinking. Provide expertise to senior leadership on innovative Business Execution solutions and strategically engage with client personnel.



Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Strategy Development & Execution
  • Develop and operationalize multi-year strategic plans for complex business domains
  • Build strategic frameworks and translate ambiguity into structured, actionable plans
  • Support integration planning across business units and initiatives
Executive Communication & Storytelling
  • Create executive-ready presentations, narratives, and strategic materials
  • Synthesize complex inputs into clear, concise messaging for senior leadership
  • Present recommendations and influence strategic direction
Program Governance & Delivery
  • Establish and manage governance frameworks and decision-making structures
  • Build and track roadmaps, milestones, and performance metrics
  • Monitor execution progress and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Partner with senior domain leaders and cross-functional teams
  • Facilitate decision-making and resolve strategic challenges
  • Influence and guide stakeholders across multiple organizational levels
Transformation & Consulting
  • Lead strategic initiatives within Business Execution and transformation programs
  • Provide consulting expertise to improve processes, structure, and outcomes
  • Drive adoption of strategic initiatives across teams
Leadership & Collaboration
  • Mentor and guide less experienced team members
  • Collaborate across teams to drive enterprise-wide strategic initiatives
  • Manage multiple workstreams and priorities in a fast-paced environment
