Job Title: Business Execution Consultant 5 / Strategic Program Lead
Location: Charlotte, NC (3 days onsite / 2 remote)
Contract Length: 6–9 months (potential conversion)
Pay Rate: $80 - $87 (OT40)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

In this role, you will consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Business Execution. You will address unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation, delivering solutions that are long-term and large-scale. This position involves providing expertise to senior leadership on innovative business solutions and engaging strategically with client personnel.
- Lead the development and operationalization of multi-year strategic initiatives.
- Translate ambiguous business challenges into structured frameworks and actionable plans.
- Develop executive-ready presentations, strategy decks, and narratives.
- Build and manage governance frameworks, operating models, and decision structures.
- Develop and track strategic roadmaps, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Partner with senior domain leaders across business and technology to facilitate alignment.
- Analyze complex business problems and develop innovative solutions.
- Provide consultative guidance on strategic direction and execution.
Experience: 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, Strategic Planning, or consulting experience. Proven experience developing and operationalizing multi-year strategies in complex organizations.
Skills: Strong executive communication skills with the ability to create strategic narratives and presentations.
- Experience in the payments or financial services domain.
- Prior management consulting background.
- Experience with integration planning and enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Experience managing governance frameworks, roadmaps, and performance tracking.
- Ability to manage multiple products or business workstreams simultaneously.
