Job Title: Business Execution Consultant 5 / Strategic Program Leader (Technology & Cost Optimization)
Location: Irving, TX (primary) / Charlotte, NC / Minneapolis, MN / NJ – Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Contract Length: 12mo
Pay Rate: $69 - $74 (aligned to PM5 / Strategy roles)
- Strong experience in strategic program leadership across technology and business transformation
- Experience analyzing long-term cost implications (lifecycle cost, not just upfront spend)
- Ability to engage with engineering, architecture, and security teams in technical environments
- Experience with Apptio or TBM (Technology Business Management) tools
- Experience in cloud transformation or infrastructure modernization programs
- Experience working with vendor ecosystems and contingent workforce models
- Financial services or large enterprise transformation experience
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Business Execution. Consult on strategy and resolution of complex challenges requiring evaluation across business, finance, and technology domains. Deliver long-term, large-scale solutions that require advanced analytical thinking and executive engagement. Provide expertise to senior leadership and strategically collaborate with client personnel.
- Lead large-scale transformation initiatives across cloud, infrastructure, and enterprise platforms
- Drive alignment between business strategy, financial planning, and technology execution
- Operate as a strategic advisor rather than task-based project manager
- Evaluate total cost of ownership (TCO) and long-term lifecycle cost impacts
- Assess value of procurement vs. delivered outcomes
- Support financial modeling, forecasting, and cost optimization strategies
- Partner with architects, engineers, and cybersecurity teams to support transformation initiatives
- Translate complex technical strategies into business-aligned outcomes
- Support cloud transformation, network modernization, and security initiatives
- Engage senior leadership with executive-ready presentations and insights
- Bridge communication across business, finance, and technology stakeholders
- Influence decision-making and drive consensus across teams
- Establish governance models, reporting frameworks, and performance tracking
- Drive accountability across programs and ensure alignment to strategic goals
- Support vendor management and external partner coordination
