Job Title: Business Execution Consultant 5 / Agile Product Owner (Deposits Data)
Location: Charlotte, NC – Hybrid (minimum 3 days onsite Mon–Thurs)
Contract Length: 6mo
Pay Rate: Target $71.88 - $76.67
Start Date: ASAP
- 5+ years of Product Owner / Product Management experience in Agile environments
- Strong experience with data analysis (SQL, data profiling, lineage, pipelines)
- Banking industry experience (Deposits or Financial Data strongly preferred)
- Experience with Finance transformation or enterprise data initiatives
- Experience with roadmap development, OKRs, and KPI tracking
- Strong experience simplifying complex data/business concepts
- Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams
- Strong stakeholder influence across business and technology
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Business Execution. Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas. Deliver long-term, large-scale solutions requiring vision, innovation, and advanced analytical thinking. Provide expertise to senior leadership and strategically engage with client personnel.
- Lead end-to-end requirements gathering for Deposits data across Finance and Technology
- Perform data profiling, lineage analysis, and source-to-target mapping
- Analyze and rationalize requirements to align with enterprise data standards
- Translate business needs into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Own and maintain the product backlog with clear prioritization and transparency
- Work within Scrum and Kanban frameworks to drive delivery execution
- Lead sprint ceremonies (grooming, planning, demos, retrospectives)
- Manage change processes including impact assessment, communication, and stakeholder alignment
- Coordinate with technology teams on release planning and deployment activities
- Ensure full traceability from requirements through delivery and production
- Act as liaison between Finance, Technology, and cross-functional teams
- Influence stakeholders and drive alignment on priorities and solutions
- Resolve issues, remove roadblocks, and ensure delivery of business value
- Support Finance transformation initiatives related to deposits data and reporting
- Ensure high-quality, accurate, and consistent data delivery for analytics and reporting use cases
- Partner with upstream and downstream systems for data integration and alignment
