Location: Charlotte, NC (CIC) / Dallas, TX – Hybrid
Contract Length: Through end of 2026 (possible extension; no conversion)
Pay Rate: $50 - $57
Start Date: ASAP
- 5–7 years of Product Management experience with end-to-end product ownership
- Experience working with AI/LLM-driven products or AI-enabled platforms
- Strong ability to partner with engineering and drive product strategy and execution
- Experience in financial services or enterprise product environments
- Experience with SQL, experimentation (A/B testing), and product analytics
- Strong understanding of AI UX patterns (copilots, chat, agents, workflows)
- Experience writing PRDs, strategic narratives, and executive-facing materials
- Familiarity with Responsible AI concepts (bias, privacy, hallucination risks)
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Product Management. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Product Management challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangible or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex situations requiring solid understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
- Own AI end-user tooling products from discovery through delivery and iteration
- Define product vision, roadmap, and prioritization aligned to business outcomes
- Balance trade-offs across user needs, technical feasibility, and business priorities
- Design AI-powered user experiences (chat, copilots, agents, workflows)
- Develop prompt strategies and evaluation frameworks for LLM-based products
- Collaborate with engineering teams to build scalable AI solutions
- Partner closely with design teams to create intuitive, high-quality experiences
- Ensure strong usability, accessibility, and user adoption
- Maintain a high bar for product quality and polish
- Use SQL and analytics tools to explore product data and user behavior
- Define KPIs, success metrics, and guardrails
- Design and analyze A/B tests and pilot programs
- Create PRDs, strategy documents, and executive-level presentations
- Communicate product direction and progress to leadership and stakeholders
- Influence decision-making across cross-functional teams
- Drive alignment across engineering, design, and business teams
- Operate with strong ownership mindset and bias toward action
- Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure AI products adhere to responsible AI principles (bias, privacy, compliance)
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with AI use cases
- Partner with governance and compliance teams as needed
