Infrastructure Project Coordinator
Location: Remote
Contract: 6 month, contract to hire
Overview
NWN is seeking an organized and customer-focused Infrastructure Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of infrastructure and IT services projects. This individual will play a key role in coordinating technical resources, managing customer communication, and ensuring project documentation and billing processes are completed accurately.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a foundational understanding of project management and IT infrastructure who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities across multiple infrastructure initiatives
- Request and assign appropriate engineering resources based on project needs
- Facilitate introductions and communication between engineers and customers
- Schedule and manage project calls, meetings, and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate project documentation within ServiceNow and internal systems
- Ensure all work and deliverables are documented in accordance with company processes
- Submit completed project work for billing in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive client experience
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
Project Scope
You will support projects across a variety of infrastructure technologies, including:
- Voice systems (e.g., Cisco phones)
- Data center environments
- Network infrastructure (switching and routing)
- Server technologies
Qualifications
Required (Top 3 Must-Haves)
- Foundational understanding of project management principles and IT/technology environments
- Strong customer-facing communication skills with the ability to learn quickly and adapt
- Experience working with ServiceNow or similar ticketing/project tracking tools
Preferred
- Exposure to IT infrastructure projects or technical service environments
- Experience coordinating technical resources or working with engineering teams
