Job Description:
Location: Portland, Oregon (Partial Remote)
This position will be part of a team leading agile cross-functional innovation projects across the Aftermarket Supply Chain. The role supports various tasks and initiatives associated with the Aftermarket Strategic Supply Chain roadmap. The Aftermarket organization focuses on delivering results for vehicle parts and service needs, with a roadmap for significant parts sales growth through existing and new customer segments.
- Support project management and continuous improvement activities, processes, and tools.
- Collaborate in business case development, design, and creation of internal presentations, analysis, project materials, and reports.
- Contribute to the innovation lab team through information gathering and critical thinking to support key decision-making.
- Co-develop project management tools and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Support the tracking of KPIs and project budgets.
- Prepare and deliver presentation materials.
- Prepare for, attend, and follow up on tasks from project teams and workshops.
- Lead communications related to initiatives to improve awareness with all other business units.
Education: A Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree is required. Alternatively, four years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Experience: This is an entry-level position seeking 0-2 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Project Management, tracking KPIs, and leadership.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft applications, including Excel and PowerPoint, is required. Experience with DTNA tools and Paragon is also relevant.
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and possess good judgment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and initiatives, evaluate priorities, and complete tasks on time.
- Effective verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to handle sensitive communications when needed.
- A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to adapt to change.
- Must be curious and willing to learn new concepts.
- Strong interpersonal and computer skills.
