Job Description:
Location: Houston, Texas (Onsite)
This role performs diversified and confidential administrative and clerical duties by applying broad and comprehensive experience, skills, and knowledge of organizational policies and practices. This position requires an individual who is well-organized, deadline-oriented, and a proactive self-starter. Employees in this role exercise confidentiality, tact, and reliability while working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Manage Outlook functions including mail and calendar, and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Determine administrative needs for conferences, meetings, or other activities.
- Coordinate supply orders, badge and security requests, and work with the parking team to validate parking tickets daily.
- Compile, collect, and analyze data for inclusion in reports or presentation materials, preparing charts, graphs, and tables as necessary.
- Receive and respond to routine correspondence following established procedures.
- Take independent action on handling requests, determine the appropriate course of action, and act as a liaison among departments.
- Perform document management tasks, including composing written descriptions, managing records, and preparing various forms.
- Work closely with team members to gather and present information as needed.
Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.
Experience: 0 to 5 years of experience providing administrative support, collecting and analyzing data, and preparing reports.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
