RECRUITER-Level 1 - Associate (0 - 5 Years)

Location: Juno Beach, Florida (Hybrid)

 
Role Overview

We are seeking a Recruiter to support and manage recruitment for common and mid-volume roles. This position involves talent sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, and communication with hiring managers. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from intake discussions through offer presentation, ensuring an organized workflow and a positive candidate experience.

 
Key Responsibilities
  • Support and manage recruitment for common and mid-volume roles.
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other search techniques.
  • Conduct thorough candidate evaluations and lead structured interviews.
  • Provide hiring managers with timely, informed recommendations.
  • Coordinate the recruitment process from intake discussions through offer presentation.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in the applicant tracking system.
  • Track basic recruiting metrics and adjust sourcing strategies based on hiring needs.
  • Support diversity and inclusion efforts by applying inclusive sourcing practices.
  • Contribute to employer branding through clear job descriptions and professional candidate engagement.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree.

 

Experience: Zero to five years of recruiting or closely related experience.

 

Technical Skills: Experience with sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); proficiency with Boolean search techniques.

 
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience.
  • Experience in recruiting, ideally at both agency and corporate levels.
