Associate Manager, Streaming Solutions – Unscripted

Location: Los Angeles, California, NYC, or Chicago, IL (Partial Remote)

 

Role Overview

An opportunity is available for an Associate Manager to join a Client Partnerships team. As a member of the Streaming Solutions group, you will join a team responsible for building advertising solutions and proactive sponsorship opportunities for partners. This role supports the Unscripted programming vertical and requires the ability to thrive within a fast-paced environment. The right person for this role is comfortable pairing storytelling skills with strategic thinking and has experience developing and packaging media opportunities.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the development of Unscripted streaming sponsorships and custom solutions, which may include sponsorship, custom content, and ad products that leverage streaming and social platforms.
  • Collaborate with senior management and leadership to develop sponsorship strategy and work with internal partners to identify priorities and package opportunities.
  • Prepare and merchandise Unscripted opportunities and sponsorship packages.
  • Develop custom and enhanced solutions for key Unscripted programming.
  • Generate ideas and create compelling pitch materials, actively participating in brainstorms with key stakeholders.
  • Develop proactive solutions that align with sales and marketplace needs, leveraging technology and ad products.
  • Serve as a liaison to internal teams on RFP requests, offering guidance on package details and execution.
  • Collaborate with internal partners on the activation process for sold-through deals, including kick-off calls, content rights, and management of social components.
  • Handle project-related documentation such as deal agreement letters, budget management, billing, and research.
Required Qualifications
  • Highly organized with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Strong background in project management and execution.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially in high-stress environments.
  • Experience in developing and packaging media opportunities.
