End User Computing Manager

Length: 6-month contract-to-hire

Location: Columbus, Ohio (Hybrid)

Pay Rate: $77 - $81

 

Role Overview

This position is for an End User Computing (EUC) Manager responsible for the strategy, delivery, and operational excellence of all end-user devices and services. This includes desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and virtual endpoint technologies. The role involves leading teams and platforms to enable a secure and reliable computing experience for employees across the organization.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage teams responsible for cloud computing, automation, operations, maintenance, and support of the end-user computing environment.
  • Provide leadership for product release planning, design, development, and operational readiness.
  • Serve as a technical leader overseeing Windows, MAC, and iOS operating systems support, maintenance, and upgrades across all managed devices.
  • Coordinate initiatives across multiple departments and platforms related to endpoint device management.
  • Support and develop existing and new delivery tools, including Altiris, WorkSpace One, and SCCM, with a migration strategy to Microsoft InTune.
  • Lead projects, evaluate new and existing technologies, and align IT strategy with business needs.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for resolving complex initiatives.
Required Qualifications

Education: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

 

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.

 

Technical Skills: Experience with endpoint management tools such as Altiris, WorkSpace One, SCCM, and Microsoft InTune. Proficiency with Windows, MAC, and iOS operating systems.

 

Preferred Qualifications
  • An advanced degree is desirable.
  • 8-12 years of relevant experience is preferred.
