Rate: 40-43/hr

Location: Onsite in Greeley, CO (80634)

Contract Duration: 12+ Months


Overview

The Program Support and Communications Coordinator (Coordinator) will support the Digital Core (SAP S/4HANA) Deployment Program across Shale & Tight (S&TB), with a primary focus on on-site logistics, training coordination, and business-facing communications in Greeley, Colorado.


Key Responsibilities

On-Site Event & Logistics Coordination

      Serve as the primary on-site support resource in Greeley for program events, meetings, and training sessions

      Arrive early to prepare rooms and ensure full readiness before session start

      Partner with facilities and A/V support teams to set up, test, and troubleshoot equipment

      Coordinate logistics including room setup, materials, signage, and catering/meals

      Proactively resolve day-of issues (A/V, room conflicts, materials, attendance gaps)

      Provide a positive, professional on-site presence as a key point of contact for participants and stakeholders


Training Coordination & Deployment Support

      Coordinate end-to-end logistics for high-volume, multi-session training delivery, including:

      Room scheduling and management

      Trainer coordination (scheduling, readiness, support)

      Training materials preparation and distribution

      Attendance tracking and reporting

      Manage concurrent training sessions across roles, locations, and schedules

      Provide on-the-ground support during training delivery to ensure sessions run smoothly

      Partner with training and change management teams to support readiness for key deployment milestones


Change Management & Communications

      Develop clear, business-facing communications that help end users understand what changes mean for them

      Create compelling, story-driven PowerPoint presentations for leadership and stakeholder audiences

      Translate complex technical and process information into simple, actionable messaging

      Develop and manage communications across channels, including:

o  Email communications and announcements

o  Newsletters and program updates

o  SharePoint content and file management

      Maintain organized, up-to-date content across Microsoft Teams and SharePoint repositories

      Ensure communications align with program messaging and utilize established brand/toolkit guidelines


Program & Administrative Support

      Coordinate workshops and meetings (agenda development, scheduling, logistics, pre-reads, notes, and action tracking)

      Manage program mailbox and facilitate timely responses to stakeholder inquiries

      Support tracking of activities, actions, and deliverables

      Assist with onboarding/offboarding coordination

      Collaborate across deployment teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution



Experience, Capabilities & Skills

Required

      Background in Change Management, Communications, Organizational Psychology, or a related field, preferably supporting transformation or deployment initiatives

      Strong writing and storytelling skills, including development of PowerPoint presentations for business audiences

      Proven ability to translate complex information into clear, end-user-focused messaging

      Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

      Ability to take direction and independently develop deliverables with minimal oversight

      Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable, and customer-focused mindset

      Ability to work effectively across a distributed team spanning multiple locations

      Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment


Preferred

      Experience supporting training deployments or large-scale program rollouts

      Experience with on-site event coordination and A/V troubleshooting

      Familiarity with SAP or enterprise system deployments

      Experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and collaboration tools
