Location: Pensacola, FL (Hybrid)
Assignment Type: Contract Only
Duration: 6 Months

Key Responsibilities:
- Create, deliver, and measure internal communications aligned with project objectives
- Develop and execute communication plans across multiple channels (intranet, email, digital platforms, etc.)
- Draft clear, compelling, and audience-focused messaging tailored to tone and communication goals
- Translate complex information into simple, employee-friendly content
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency
- Manage communication timelines and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Review communications for clarity, consistency, and compliance with guidelines
- Support communication strategies for small to mid-sized initiatives and organizational priorities
- Contribute to employee engagement and change communication efforts
- Coordinate communication campaigns, internal events, and supporting logistics
- Track performance metrics and analyze feedback to improve communication effectiveness
- Utilize communication platforms and tools such as SharePoint, AEM, Staffbase, and Asana
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in communications, public relations, marketing, or related field
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Experience executing multi-channel communication strategies
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Foundational knowledge of employee engagement and change communications
- Detail-oriented with strong quality control and compliance awareness
- Comfortable using or learning communication tools and platforms (SharePoint, AEM, Staffbase, Asana)
- Data-informed mindset with interest in measuring and improving communication outcomes
- Proactive, collaborative team player with the ability to work independently
Compensation and Benefits: The pay rate for this position is between $25.00 and $36.50 per hour. Please note that the final rate may be contingent on experience and other factors.
