Location: Naperville, Illinois (Onsite)

 

Role Overview

This role involves conducting operational and financial analyses to support informed decision-making within the business unit. The position supports the Sales team by processing commercial agreements and acting as a liaison between the internal sales team, channel partners, and customers. The work environment is a hybrid model, requiring in-office presence from Monday to Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze inbound requests for proposals, manage account setup, and gather usage data.
  • Manage changes to proposals and pricing refreshes to facilitate the bidding process.
  • Serve as a liaison between the internal sales team, channel partners, and customers.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Engage in process design and modification for continuous business improvement.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments and increase awareness of end-to-end processes.
  • Provide frequent and consistent communication to leadership on deliverables and status updates.
  • Utilize tools such as Excel and Power BI to develop reports and dashboards for tracking business performance.
  • Support special projects related to demand modeling, locational analysis, and segment analysis.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or GED is required. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is also required.

 

Experience: 2 years of relevant experience.

 

Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Word is required.

 

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience in business analysis, data management, or process improvement.
  • Strong research skills, a problem-solving mindset, and an organized approach to data processing and reporting.
  • Experience with Power BI and SQL.
