- Experience validating data-intensive or batch-driven systems, preferably in claims processing or similarly high-volume transactional domains.
- Proven ability to analyze test failures, isolate root causes, and document defects in enterprise defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
- Experience testing APIs, services, and data transformations across complex system integrations.
- Working knowledge of CI/CD tooling such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps Pipelines.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience supporting performance, load, or volume testing at enterprise scale.
- Proficiency with SQL for validation of backend processes and claims data sets.
- Hands-on experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-based test automation pipelines.
- Exposure to modernization projects involving migration from legacy platforms to contemporary architectures.
- Relevant certifications such as ISTQB or Certified Software Test Automation Engineer (CSTAE).
