End-to-End Tech Lead (Regulatory & Data Platforms)

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Tech Lead to drive end-to-end technical delivery across regulatory, data, and product platforms.

This role serves as a critical bridge between solution architecture, business teams, and engineering, ensuring seamless translation of complex technical designs into executable delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end system design, integration, and delivery alignment
  • Translate solution architecture into actionable technical requirements
  • Drive integration across:
    • APIs, messaging systems, and batch processing
  • Coordinate across:
    • Solution Architects, BAs, developers, and QA teams
  • Support testing phases (SIT, UAT, E2E) and issue resolution
  • Act as the technical owner across multiple systems and platforms


Domain Coverage

  • Regulatory and data-driven initiatives across:
    • AML / customer data platforms
    • Product and lending systems
    • Compliance and reporting ecosystems


Must-Have Qualifications

  • 8–10+ years in software engineering / integration roles with Tech Lead experience
  • Strong experience in:
    • Data orchestration and system integration
    • APIs (REST/SOAP), messaging, and batch processing  
  • Proven ability to:
    • Translate architecture into execution
    • Bridge business and technical conversations
  • Strong understanding of data flows across enterprise systems
  • Personal & Business Banking (Retail banking) experience with the domain knowledge mentioned above


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AML / customer data platforms (Customer Connect preferred)
  • Exposure to regulatory or compliance-driven delivery
  • Strong SQL / data analysis capability


Soft Skills

  • Strong communication and translation ability
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts
  • Collaborative leadership across business and engineering teams
