Overview
We are seeking a Senior Technology Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery across regulatory and product-driven initiatives within a large, complex financial services environment. This role will be under the Personal & Business Banking (Retail banking).
This role operates across multiple delivery streams, including large-scale transformation programs and high-volume regulatory enhancements, requiring a strong balance of technical delivery expertise and business partnership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle delivery (planning through execution and closure) across multiple initiatives
- Manage:
- Project milestones, status reporting, and delivery tracking
- Risks, issues, and dependencies
- Ensure adherence to PMO governance, SDLC/PDLC processes, and controls
- Partner closely with:
- Business stakeholders (AML, Tax, Product)
- Technology teams and delivery leads
- Support both:
- Large, complex transformation programs
- Fast-paced regulatory enhancements
Domain Coverage
- Regulatory and product delivery across:
- Large product/program initiatives (lending, everyday banking)
- Small regulatory enhancements (disclosures, compliance updates)
- AML / KYC / customer platforms
- Tax and regulatory reporting
Must-Have Qualifications
- 8–10+ years of Project Management experience in financial services
- Strong experience delivering regulatory programs:
- AML / KYC / Financial Crime
- Tax (FATCA, CRS)
- Lending or banking product initiatives
- Proven experience managing end-to-end delivery (not PMO-only)
- Strong understanding of SDLC and structured PMO environments
- Ability to operate between business and technology teams
- Personal & Business Banking (Retail banking) experience with the domain knowledge mentioned above
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with customer data platforms / data retention initiatives
- Prior exposure to AML systems and workflows (Customer Connect preferred)
- PMP or equivalent certification

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and manage competing priorities
- Hands-on, delivery-oriented mindset
