Job Description:
Location: Stamford, Connecticut (4 days onsite hybrid)
The Senior Project Manager leads complex, cross-functional initiatives within Business Integration, with a primary focus on Device Swap Governance (DSG) programs and operational transformation efforts. This role is responsible for full lifecycle project delivery—from definition through implementation—ensuring alignment to business objectives, execution excellence, and effective change management. This position operates in an evolving environment and requires a self-directed individual who can bring structure and clarity to dynamic priorities while driving measurable outcomes.
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, implementation, and post-launch support.
- Manage multiple, concurrent workstreams, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, and business goals.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and deliverables.
- Own and manage RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), including mitigation and escalation strategies.
- Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate to support project objectives.
- Utilize project management tools (e.g., Jira, Wrike) to track progress and ensure transparency.
- Navigate shifting priorities and ambiguity, adjusting plans to maintain delivery momentum.
- Build cross-functional relationships across Product, Technology, Operations, and Customer teams.
- Drive stakeholder alignment, facilitate decision-making, and influence outcomes without direct authority.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level communications, including weekly and monthly status updates.
- Proactively identify risks and issues, escalate effectively, and drive timely resolution.
- Establish structure and discipline in project execution while identifying opportunities to improve PMO processes.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Foundation in project management methodologies (Agile and Waterfall).
- Experience developing detailed project plans and managing RAID logs.
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Wrike, or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment.
- Problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level presentations.
- Experience in telecommunications, device lifecycle management, or operational transformation initiatives.
- Experience working within a PMO or governance-driven environment.
- PMP, Agile, or other relevant project management certification.
